The Role:
We’re looking for a commercially minded National Account Manager to manage and grow key wholesale customer accounts. You’ll be responsible for delivering sales and margin targets, building strategic plans, and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow national wholesale accounts
- Build and deliver volume/value forecasts
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (Buying, Ops, Finance, etc.)
- Influence category growth through pricing, promotion and display activation
- Track investment budgets and ensure accurate claim processing
- Merchandise leading brands and negotiate in-depot space
- Deliver reports and insight to inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with GDP and relevant policies
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in FMCG sales or wholesale account management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Basic commercial acumen (P&L, forecasting, business modelling)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and email communication
- Organised, proactive and customer-focused
- Good influencing and presentation skills
Desirable:
- Degree or industry qualification preferred but not essential

Full onboarding, including Health & Safety, GDP, and role-specific training.
