As a Line Operative, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality finished goods that meet strict industry standards. You’ll help ensure the production line runs smoothly, consistently, and efficiently supporting a team that thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply components (bottles, caps, jars, etc.) to the production line

• Identify and report any faults or non-conforming materials

• Minimise waste by handling components with care

• Monitor line performance to ensure continuous flow

• Maintain a safe and clean working area

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety protocols

• Support quality and production targets with precision and care

• Assist in re-packing and other tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

• Willingness to learn and support new colleagues

• Calm under pressure and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
