Our Redditch-based manufacturing facility is 100,000 sq. ft of fast-paced energy, innovation and excellence  and we’re looking for a Line Leader who shares our drive and passion.

As a Line Leader, you’ll take ownership of a production line, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll lead your team of Line Operatives to meet output targets, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver a right-first-time service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Leadership:

  • Supervise a team of Line Operatives, ensuring all health & safety and quality standards are followed

  • Oversee production line setup, operation, and end-of-shift procedures

  • Monitor performance to meet cost-per-unit targets, escalate issues, and complete hourly KPI checks

  • Train and support operatives to ensure compliance with SOPs and continuous improvement

  • Manage accurate recording of product data, batch completions, and stock movement through our systems

  • Collaborate with Warehouse and Mixing teams to ensure all materials and components are available

General Duties:

  • Ensure all goods supplied to the line are correct, labelled, and recorded accurately

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of production lines and surrounding areas

  • Use WMS handheld devices to receipt and track stock

  • Support inventory checks, storage preparation, and line documentation

  • Carry out additional tasks in line with team priorities and business needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • Able to remain calm under pressure and prioritise in a fast-paced setting

  • Detail-focused with good problem-solving skills

  • Great communication and time management

  • Proactive, positive attitude with a flexible, can-do approach

  • Working knowledge of SOPs, GMP and WMS is a bonus

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs (Grade A*-C) or equivalent in Maths and English (RQF Level 2)

  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
