We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Senior Line Leader to join us on a permanent, full-time basis working on the 06:00 -14:00 Shift at our Sales & Distribution division on site in Banbury. 

As a Senior Line Leader, your duties will include:

• Effectively coordinate your team to achieve operational requirements, meet customer specifications and quality standards in line with Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure company systems are being used to record all transactions and that all equipment is fully functional, continually maintained and clean at all times, reporting any breakdowns immediately
• Audit work area practices and ensure that you and all team members understand and comply with Health & Safety at Work regulations at all times.  Reporting all incidents, near misses and defective equipment in a timely manner
• Support the Team Leader in managing a team of employees and temporary workers, including ensuring all new team members are fully inducted
• Provide cover for team members and support other departments as required

What we are looking for in our ideal Senior Line Leader:

• You must have previous experience of working in a busy warehouse environment and working knowledge of warehouse management systems
• You will have experience of managing a team
• You must be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• You will be educated to GCSE (A*-C) in English and Maths or equivalent and be computer literate in Microsoft packages i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word
