We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and reliable National Account Manager - Bestway & P&G to join us on a permanent, full-time at our Sales & Distribution division on site in Banbury.  Flexible and remote working options available.

 

 

As a National Account Manager - Bestway & P&G, your duties will include:

  • Having a thorough customer understanding (KPIs, contacts, customer portfolio, shopper profile, strategy, pricing, promotions, category size, supply chain etc.)
  • Understand and influence customer and supplier strategy within customer portfolio.  Build and implement individual customer promotional plans in line with the supplier guidelines, influencing range and distribution, managing core range compliance and seasonal activities
  • Tracking of customer budgeted investment, effectively processing invoices and claims.  Ensure rebates and accruals are set up
  • EPOS / Salesout data tracking and analysis.  Produce effective sales and numbers reports to be distributed internally and externally
  • Share competitor intelligence and provide customer insight

What we are looking for in our ideal National Account Manager - Bestway & P&G:

  • You have looked after National Accounts previously in ideally two sectors (FMCG / Wholesale / Discount / Cash & Carry / Professional).   Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of working with Bestway and/or P&G
  • You must have excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to forecast
  • You will have experience of Commercial Business Modelling / P&L ownership
  • You are an excellent communicator and are able to present and lead meetings effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • You are highly organised, analytical and show initiative
