Currently, we are actively seeking an experienced and dependable National Account Manager, to join us on a 12 months fixed term contract. This full-time position is based at our Sales & Distribution division in Banbury, with flexible and remote working options available.


As a National Account Manager - Bestway Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of customers, including KPIs, contacts, portfolios, shopper profiles, strategies, pricing, promotions, category size, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Influencing customer and supplier strategies within the portfolio, developing and implementing individual customer promotional plans aligned with supplier guidelines, and managing core range compliance and seasonal activities.
  • Monitoring customer budgeted investment, processing invoices and claims efficiently, and ensuring the setup of rebates and accruals.
  • Tracking EPOS/Salesout data and conducting analysis, producing effective sales and numbers reports for internal and external distribution.
  • Sharing competitor intelligence and providing valuable customer insights.

What we are looking for in our ideal National Account Manager - Bestway:

  • Previous experience managing National Accounts, ideally in two sectors (FMCG/Wholesale/Discount/Cash & Carry/Professional). Preference given to candidates with experience working with Bestway
  • Excellent commercial awareness with forecasting ability.
  • Experience in Commercial Business Modelling and P&L ownership.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and lead meetings effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and proactive.
