We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and conscientious National Account Executive to join our Pharmacy Team on a permanent, full-time basis working 09:00 - 17:00 at our Sales & Distribution Division on site in Banbury.  For the right candidate, we would consider a hybrid working pattern.


As a National Account Executive - Pharmacy, your duties will include:

  • To build, own and deliver the volume of value forecast for the assigned customer portfolio
  • Work cross functionally with category, finance, customer services, commercial and other key departments within DCS to maximise the pharmacy business
  • To continuously improve DCS' financial performance through customer behaviours, managing supplier investment and term agreements
  • Produce regular, easy to read reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Align the needs of 'Pharmacy' to DCS current business model and identify areas of improvement

What we are looking for in our ideal National Account Executive - Pharmacy:

  • You will be customer and results focused and be able to fully utilise your influencing and negotiating skills to the maximum.  You will ideally have a couple of years account management experience
  • You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to hold effective meetings with internal and external customers and create and deliver presentations
  • You will have a good commercial awareness and basic understanding of business modelling / P&L
  • You will be able to demonstrate computer literacy, with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • You will have good analytical skills, be able to interpret data and forecast trends
