We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised HR & Payroll Administrator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis within our People team at our Banbury site.
As an HR & Payroll Administrator, your duties will include:

Supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers

Maintaining accurate HR and payroll records and systems

Supporting payroll preparation, checks and reconciliations

Responding to routine HR and payroll queries

Preparing contracts, offer letters and other employee documentation

Coordinating new starter onboarding and pre-employment checks

Supporting absence, holiday, benefits and recruitment administration

Producing HR and payroll reports and supporting audits

Working closely with Finance, managers and external providers

Maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times
What we are looking for in our ideal HR & Payroll Administrator:

GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths
-
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
-
Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Competent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
-
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
-
A team-focused, proactive approach with a willingness to learn HR and payroll processes and legislation
