We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Key Account Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis working 09:00-17:00 at our Manufacturing site in Redditch.

 

As a Key Account Manager, your duties will include:

  • Maximising sales opportunities within allocated accounts
  • You will take ownership of the commercial relationship – accountability to deliver agreed revenue and margins
  • Manage the development process and critical timelines – protect the bottom line
  • Work closely with all departments in the business and manage internal customers
  • Assess product briefs from customers for commercial feasibility and launch possibility

What we are looking for in our ideal Key Account Manager:

  • You will have RQF Level 2 / GCSE (Grades A*-C) or above in Maths and English or equivalent qualification
  • Have a High level of numerical ability and accuracy
  • Show good administration and organisational skills along with keeping excellent attention to detail
  • Capable of managing deadlines and prioritising workload accordingly
  • You will be a confident communicator both verbally and written, and show excellent relationship building and networking skills
