DCS Group, the UK's leading Distributor, Manufacturer, and Exporter of Health, Beauty, and Household products, is looking for a talented individual to join our People Team as a Human Resources Business Partner. As a key player in our vibrant workplace, you will have the chance to work alongside industry giants and contribute to our 30 years of successive growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and delivery of functional people performance plans.
  • Coaching and support of people managers to drive engagement and performance.
  • Facilitation of regular employee feedback sessions for actionable insights.
  • Integral member of the functional leadership team aligning performance plans with commercial priorities.
  • Analysis of themes from PDPs to feed into group training priorities in partnership with H/O L&D.
  • Partnership with RTM to ensure recruitment and retention of top talent.
  • Lead on specific centre of excellence projects and initiatives.
  • Involvement in organisation-wide projects.
  • People analytics; recording key people metrics and driving insight from our people data.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Facilitation of quarterly functional talent reviews.
  • Facilitation of functional organisational effectiveness reviews.
  • Delivery of People Manager Excellence program.
  • People dashboard completion.
  • Workforce planning support.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent calibre.
  • Recognised HR qualifications (Level 5, Level 7, CIPD, or Masters).
  • 3 years minimum experience in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
  • Evidence of building senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Competence to influence without authority.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Tenacity and personal resilience.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to focus on the right things and make stuff happen; strategy into action.
  • Full competence across key Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Power BI advantageous.
