We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable and team focused Customer Service Advisor to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract, full-time on a rolling shift pattern of 08.00-16.00 and 09.00-17.00 at our Sales & Distribution division on site in Banbury. 

 

As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:

  • Evaluate and process all incoming orders against system information ensuring it is in line with agreed pricing, lead times and order quantities
  • Acknowledge receipt of orders and provide Proof of Delivery 
  • Ensure all customer service queries and issues are resolved to an exceptional standard promptly and efficiently
  • Answer and transfer internal and external telephone calls and provide cover for Reception as required
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients, building strong professional relationships

What we are looking for in our ideal Customer Service Advisor:

  • You will strive to deliver outstanding customer service to all your clients, whether they are in or outside of the business
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have great Microsoft Office skills
  • You will be able to organise and prioritise your workload effortlessly
  • Working as part of a small, busy team will be important to you
  • You will be adaptable, resilient and thrive in an ever-changing environment
